On November 30 and December 7, I started easy ride journey at Zurich Mainstation. I am 10% certain the app started working properly as I was issued the ticket. When the ticket officer showed up, there was no ticket in my SBB app any more. Now I, I am sitting on CHF 110 fines. As I have no ticket in the SBB app, I cannot report a problem. How do I proceed?
