Buying a Swiss half fare card from Australia

I have been trying to buy the above Swiss pass. I have a log in, when I go to BUY it CH120 it comes up with
“an error occurred while processing your enquiry”
Can some one please tell me what the problem could be.

I want to buy it before I leave Australia.
