Change Halbtax Plus Abo

Hello
Last year I made a contract for the Halbtax Plus 2000 and I would like to renew it before the end of the contract - I ran out of credit before end of date. However I would also like to change from Halbtax Plus 2000 to Halbtax Plus 3000. Can I do this change online or do I have to call?
