We have noticed that there could be some issues when or while purchaising from abroad with another time zone.

We suggest, if:

any error notifcations occurs while purchasing
a day + or - as a birthday while purchasing a normal ticket (day pass, point to point ticket and supersaver), Swiss Half Fare Card or a Swiss Travel Pass is displayed
the choosen origin country while purchasing a Swiss Half Fare Card or a Swiss Travel Pass does not let you go further in the process

to proceed with the following possible actions:

Check whether the time on the device is set to automatic and set to automatic if necessary.
Write your NAME and FIRST NAME in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Delete cookies and temporary internet files in the web browser.
Check local cookie settings and adjust manually if necessary.
Use a different web browser (Edge, Safari, Chrome, etc. The current technical requirements can be found at sbb.ch/technical-requirements.
Install updates from the browser/operating system.
If a VPN solution is used, switch it off.
If a virus scanner is being used, check and adjust the settings or switch it off.
Try another end device with another browser (e.g. smartphone/tablet, another PC/laptop)

and try again.
